CSR activities in SNK Group are done to satisfy our own intrinsic need as we aim to extend a helping hand to the deprived communities of the society and make the world a better place for them. Our projects like blanket donation and setting up water stalls on the dry summer days are a way to help them get throughout the year with fewer difficulties. Providing a pollution free environment to the villages and towns nearby is the drive behind the Green belt formation. India is drifting from its roots in order to adapt to the western culture and it is very important to stick to our roots and learn from the western cultures as well , developing temples portrays this thought for us .We try to indulge more in environment preservation and community development projects for the wholesome growth of the society.Our Initiatives
The green belt is designed in such a way that allows it to promote greenery and be unaffected by the factory’s pollution. The green belt is an initiative to ensure fresh air to the nearby villages and towns. An industry’s duty is to save the interest of nearby people as they are a very big contribution to our success and we try our best to give them their happiness.
Blanket donation is organized at the start of the winter to ensure warm winters to the needy. The distribution is focused more on the homeless and poverty stricken people as they don’t have means to provide for their families. A blanket is a small token to spread warmth in the chilled winters.
India is drifting from its roots in order to adapt to the western culture. Our culture is our jewellery which should always be worn as a necklace. Learning from other people and cultures is also important, but always remember your roots. So, temple development is just an initiative to secure our roots.
Our summer projects always include setting up water stalls which provide water to anyone who wants to quench their thirst. The water stalls are setup in appropriate distances and in those areas where we think they are not facilitated with this basic utility. Every individual has rights on clean water and a glass of cold water is just one step towards fulfilling their basics.
Environment has become a concern for the whole world and protecting our mother will ensure a better life for the future generations. Planting trees is an initiative to give back to the environment. According to us, everyone should take active participation in green activities and promote sustainable development.
This project is done in order to promote tree plantations. We distribute plants of various fruits which are then planted by individuals who don’t receive the chance to give their contribution towards the environment. This project brings a lot of enthusiasm among everyone which motivates them to carry out these activities in the future.
