S N Kedia (SNK) Group of Companies was established in the year 1968 under the leadership of Late Sri Satyanarayan Kedia Ji. The group persists in management concept of “Quality creates value” & “Persistence creates goodwill”.
Our motto is to build a world which is as eco-friendly as our product; so that we can contribute towards building a great nation with a sustainable infrastructure which ultimately leads to a better future.
We are proud that we have inculcated these values and propagated them to our younger generation of the S N Kedia Group: Harsh Kedia, Mishank Kedia and Vedant Kedia; who will carry forward our legacy into the future.

Over the past 30 years, Kedia Group of Companies (KGC) has come a long way in contributing to the infrastructure requirements of Durgapur, J&K, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand & Bihar.

Corporate Governance
The operations of the Company are governed by an experienced Board of Directors comprising of executives, independent directors and major shareholders supported by highly qualified & skilled personnel, with intensive experience in the stainless steel industry.
The Company employs over a 1000 staff and workers across 3 factories.
Our total production capacity is 180,000 tons per annum.
The factories are spread across a land area of 160,000 square meters. Operations are run out of our head office in Ranchi.
Sustainability
ZERO DISCHARGE AT OUR PLANTS/LIGHT CARBON FOOTPRINT
- The raw material that goes into the melting process for stainless steel is almost all recycled metal. We aim to not only reduce the consumption of natural resources in our factories, but also to minimize the gas, chemical and solid waste generated in the production process.
- Factories are equipped with primary and secondary treatment systems to capture and clean the fumes generated during steel-making. The waste gases from the melting furnaces and convertor are dedusted in the primary treatment system, and any such gases that escape are captured through the secondary treatment system, which purifies them & finally emits clean air.
- Similarly, the fumes generated from the annealing and pickling processes are scrubbed and sent to effluent treatment plants. We have state-of-the-art effluent treatment facilities, which convert the chemical discharge into clean water to be recycled and used in the various processes.
- The dust generated from the extraction is sent to an independent & certified solid waste management facility for final treatment and disposal.

We manufacture through technology of midrex which uses direct Reduced Iron (DRI), also called sponge iron is produced FROM the direct reduction of iron ore to iron by an elemental carbon produced from coal .We sell in the form of pellets, lumps, fines and -1mm which we also use in our SMS plant.

Bajrang Minerals was the first seed with which SNK group was born and turned into a beautiful tree. Our primary business is of stone chips and stone boulders. We are into mining of quartz mineral in various places of Jharkhand. We are well renowned in this segment. We are also into many joint ventures and are a major player in this industry. We believe in providing the best price and quality when it comes to serve our clients. We have been in this trade for more than three decades.
This set up has bought an industrial revolution by providing our vendors an extreme solution to their need of setting up a new stone crushing unit. In it, we provided one shop solution to our customers from their small need of spares to their entire unit. We have been in this for 35 years. Late Satyanarayan ji kedia is the master and well known person in providing the excellent service and products to our proud customer. He has given his sweat and blood in setting up crushers in our nearby mining belt. We believe in serving our people in the same way our grandfather did and has been a role model to many.
